Delicious Strawberry Crumble
Strawberry season is finally here! For a few weeks now, strawberries have been making grocery stores prettier with their beautiful bright red color.
Every summer, I have the chance to pick a very large quantity of strawberries. This allows me to create and cook several recipes to make this delicious little fruit shine through them!
When I started consuming the Vanilla Maple-flavored Vegan Pro plant-based protein powder, I always mixed it with frozen strawberries and the taste was perfect! So I decided to mix these two flavors and create a recipe! What could be better than a good crumble to test it? Guess what, it's a success!
Ingredients (4 servings)
2 cups Chopped Strawberries
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Crumble
¼ cup Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ cup Oatmeal
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
1 scoop Maple Vanilla Vegan Pro
A pinch of Salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
2. In a bowl, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon together. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch baking dish.
3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crumble.
4. Pour the crumble mixture over the strawberries.
5. Bake for 40 minutes.
