Did you know that Matcha tea could give you a sustainable dose of energy like your favourite cup of coffee, but without the unpleasant jittery feeling? We have created the perfect smoothie bowl recipe for you to try our Matcha and actually fell in love with it!

Energizing Matcha Smoothie Bowl

A breath of fresh air with this matcha smoothie bowl! Thanks to Raw Nutritional and their Pure Organic Matcha Tea, I am learning to love matcha. I leave you here several recipes already created on the blog to learn how to cook it.

Because I use silken tofu, this smoothie bowl is high in protein. It is perfect to start the day with a sustaining breakfast!


Ingredients (1 smoothie)

1 block 300g Silken tofu
1/2 cup Plant-based milk
1 Frozen banana
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Almond butter

Toppings (optional)
Fresh raspberries
Whole chia seeds

Method : 

1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients into a smooth and creamy smoothie.

2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice.
