Fall Smoothie 2.0

It's a tradition at RAW: each year, our writer Katia creates a new edition of Fall Smoothie. We add gingerbread smoothie, the classic pumpkin pie, with Chai flavour and this year, we add some apples for the perfect Fall flavour!

Fall Smoothie 2.0

A delicious smoothie that combines the two main ingredients of the season : Apple and pumpkin ! An explosion of flavour that will make you love fall even more. This smoothie is rich in protein since it contains the vegan protein powder the Vegan Pro.

This smoothie is perfect to eat with your breakfast and can also be served during an autumn brunch with your friends or family!

Ingredient (1 smoothie)
1 cup Plant-based milk
1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
1 half Frozen banana
1 half Apple, peeled and diced
1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 half serving of Vegan Pro – Maple Vanilla*

*Butterscotch flavour can also be used.


Method : 

1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
