What better way to celebrate the beginning of the fall cooking season? This is a delicious mix of chai spices to add to your daily smoothie and make you feel the warmth of a comforting drink!

Fall Smoothie with Chai Spices

When we think about fall, we definitely think about a hot drink, but if (like me) you can't live without your daily smoothie, you can always create one with fall flavors like this one!

Besides being a comforting smoothie, this recipe will allow you to use the applesauce you made. You can also have fun playing with the amounts of spices to suit your tastes. For this recipe, I went with my own taste to rock the spices.

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

1 Frozen banana
1 cup Plant-based vanilla milk
1/2 cup No sugar added applesauce
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Butterscotch
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground cloves
1/8 tsp Ground ginger
Pinch of ground nutmeg

Method

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass.

If desired, garnish with vegan whipped cream and chai spices.
