Flourless Peanut/Almond Butter & Banana Blondies

This bar recipe is just what you want when you are craving a tasty, fudgy and gooey peanut butter brownies. It melts in the mouth, provides energy, is healthy, and tastes bomb! We offer vegan as well as paleo option because everybody deserves to have a taste of this perfect treat.

Ingredients
1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter (Can use almond butter)
1 medium ripe banana, mashed
1 flax egg
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
2tsp Raw Nutritional 100% Pure Maca Powder
3 tbsp oats (Can use almond flour)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional... but not really because is so good)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except for chips in a bowl and mix well until a thick, smooth batter is formed
Fold chocolate chips into batter and mix.
Pour batter into the parchment-lined pan.
Bake for around 20 minutes, or until done.
Let cool (make sure you let them cool extra long because they are gooey and fudgy).
Slice into 9 blondies.
Devour
