Fresh Berries Crumble
Ahhhhh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries! Three wonderful berries that everyone loves!
The period to harvest these delicious little marvels is approaching fast. Fortunately, I have the solution so that you avoid wasting any of your freshly picked berries. A berry crumble!
You can even cook some and put them in the freezer to make small reserves. The recipe has a unique taste thanks to the Vegan Pro Very Berry, it's simply WOW!
I promise you this recipe is just as good with frozen berries, so you can cook it any time of the year.
Ingredients (12 servings)
1 ½ cup Oat flour
¾ cup Almond flour
½ cup Vegan Pro - Very Berry
¼ cup Plant-based butter, melted
⅓ cup Maple syrup
2 cups Blueberries
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Cornstarch
¾ cup Oats
1 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Plant-based butter, melted
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
2. In a large bowl, put all the dry ingredients. Mix.
3. Add the butter and maple syrup. Combine with a spoon, then again with your hands, you'll obtain a thick paste.
4. Butter an 8x8 baking dish.
5. Add the mixture obtained previously and press it with a spatula. Distribute the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
6. In a second bowl, blend the berries, maple syrup and cornstarch. Add it on top of the crumble.
7. In another bowl, blend the oats, maple syrup and melted butter. Place on top of the berry mixture.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
