Gluten-Free Brownies with Frosting

I've created a lot of brownies in my young content creator of recipes, but this one surpasses all my other brownies. Not only is it gluten-free and vegan, but it's also totally decadent. A simple recipe made with accessible ingredients!

Ingredients (9 squares)

Liquids
- 2 tbsp Organic Ground Flax Seeds
- 5 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Melted margarine
- 1/2 cup White sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Water

Dry
- 3/4 cup Pure Organic Cacao
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Chocolate Ganache
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Soy cream
- 1 tbsp Vegetable margari

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine the flax and water. Let rise for 5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

4. In a large bowl, using a whisk, combine all the wet ingredients with the flax mixture. Gradually add the wet ingredients and, using a spatula, gently mix.

5. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool for at least 1 hour before removing from the pan.

6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the ganache. Over low heat, melt the chocolate, stirring continuously with a spatula. Once the mixture is smooth and even, remove from heat and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

7. Once the brownie is completely warm, spread the ganache over the brownie. Store the brownie in the refrigerator.
