Gluten-Free Protein Cookie Dough
Who doesn't love cookie dough? What if I told you you can eat it, but in an ultra-nutritious snack version?! Yes, yes! The recipe is right here and it only takes a few minutes to make.
Ingredients (1 to 2 servings)
- 1/2 cup vegan Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tbsp almond or hazelnut butter
- 1 serving Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
- 2 tbsp oat flour (see notes)*
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt

Method
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
*Notes
Make sure the oat flour is certified gluten-free.
