Grapefruit Lemon Iced Tea

Rehydrate yourself with our freshly squeezed grapefruit beverage! If this isn't a tasty summer drink, I don't know what is. Pour some ice cubes into your favorite glassware, and there you go.

Grapefruit Lemon Iced Tea

With summer on its way, you’ll want to refresh with a delicious glass of Grapefruit Lemon Iced Tea!

This beverage is electrifying, perfectly sweet, and simple. With the addition of vegan BCAA, you can enjoy this Iced Tea during or after your workout to support muscle growth and recovery, or simply enjoy it for its natural electrolytes and hydration promotion.

Ingredients (About 2 glasses)

½ tbsp Vegan BCAA - Lemon Iced Tea
1 cup Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 cup Sparkling water
¼ cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp Agave nectar
Optional: Fresh rosemary to garnish


1. Squeeze the grapefruits until you have 1 cup of juice (about 1 ½ - 2 grapefruits), then do the same with the lemon until you have ¼ cup (about 1 lemon).

2. Combine the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, sparkling water, BCAA, and agave into your preferred glassware. Mix with a whisk.

3. Add ice cubes, and keep cool in the fridge. Enjoy!
