 This dressing is already rich in flavour, so I recommend eating it with a simple salad, like lettuce, cucumber, and green pepper. To top it off, you can garnish with pumpkin and hemp seeds!



Ingredients (1 cup)

1 Clove of garlic
1/2 cup Spinach
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Vegan mayonnaise
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Lime juice
2 tsp Salad dressing
Salt and pepper



Method : 

1. In a blender, grind all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth texture.
