Healthier Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients (1 serving)
⅓ cup Oats
2 tbsp Vegan chocolate chips
2 tbsp Almond milk
2 tbsp Maple syrup or agave nectar
2 tsp Pure Organic Cacao
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
Method:
1. Add the ⅓ cup of oats to a blender and pulse until you have a fine flour.
2. Combine the almond butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a small dish until completely smooth.
3. In a mug, mix together the oat flour, baking powder, cacao powder, and sea salt.
4. Next add the wet ingredients and stir until everything is well combined
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips and place the mug in the microwave.
5. Microwave for 40-50 seconds, then if needed microwave for an additional 10-20 seconds.
