Healthy No Bake Protein Cookies
Either if you want to add more raw recipes to your diet or if you are in a pinch to prepare some snacks, this recipe will serve you well!
Ingredients (10 cookies)
2 cups Oats
2 scoops Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
½ cup Almond butter
½ cup Oat milk
1 large Ripe banana
½ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Vegan chocolate chunks, optional
Method :
1. Lightly pulse 1 cup of the oats in a blender until it becomes like a powder.
2. Using a fork, press down on the banana until it is well mashed.
3. Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and mix with a spoon or your hands.
4. In your hands, form the mixture into balls, then flatten them into cookies; enjoy as is or add some chocolate chunks on top.
Note:
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
