Hot Vanilla & Maple Beverage

How did I come up with this idea? An Instagram follower told me that she puts some Vegan Pro (Maple Vanilla) in her coffee, and it tastes just like French vanilla. I really wondered how I couldn't have thought about it before… Creating a beverage with the Vegan Pro protein powder!

The taste of this drink is a mix of hot chocolate with white chocolate and French vanilla. I am 100% sure you will love it!

Ingredients (One serving)
1 tbsp Vegan pro - Maple Vanilla
1 1/4 cup Unsweetened plant-based milk
1 tsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Toppings (optional)
Dark chocolate chips
Maple sugar
Vegan whipped cream

Method

1. In a small saucepan, put the Vegan Pro. Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking until a smooth, and even mixture is obtained.

2. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Over medium-high heat, bring the brew to a simmer.

3. Serve with toppings of your choice.
