Lava Cake For Two
Lava Cake For TwoLava cakes are my favourite desserts. I have always loved chocolate, and I have a weakness for the melting center of this chocolate dessert. I don't even understand why I didn't create this recipe sooner!
Raw Nutritional's variety of products allowed me to create this delicious recipe using cocoa, flax seeds, and coconut sugar. Everything you need for great success!
Ingredients (2 servings)
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
2 tbsp Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
Pinch of salt
70g Dark chocolate, in pieces
3 tbsp Vegetable margarine
2 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a small ramekin with a capacity of 180 ml.
2. In a bowl, combine cocoa, flour, flax seeds and salt.
3. In a bowl, place the chocolate, margarine and sugar. Melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add the vanilla and mix. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and cook for 10 minutes in the oven. Dust with icing sugar before serving (optional).
