Maca Chocolate Chip Cookies
Add a twist to the classic chocolate chip cookie by adding maca powder! Maca powder is a natural superfood that provides your body with energy, stamina, vitality, and much more! This secret ingredient has a mild taste, so you can enjoy the taste of a chocolate chip cookie but with the superfood benefits of maca!
1 ½ cup All-purpose flour
½ cup Plant-based margarine
½ cup Vegan chocolate chips
½ cup Vegan chocolate chunks
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
¼ cup Non-dairy milk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp Salt
Method
1. Mix together the butter, brown sugar, and coconut sugar.
2. Stir in the non-dairy milk and vanilla extract.
3. Next, add the flour, maca powder, salt, and baking soda.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips and chunks.
5. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
6. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and place it on a baking sheet.
7. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes. Let them cool on a baking rack.
