Magnum Chocolate-Raspberry Pops
OK, drop everything and go make these!
I might be exaggerating just a little—but I can promise you the "prep time vs. pleasure to eat" ratio is VERY satisfying!
A healthy, refreshing frozen snack or dessert that's absolutely delicious. At our house, it's bound to become a summer staple! You can follow the local berry season to switch it up—strawberries, raspberries, and then blueberries? Sounds like a great idea!
You’ll find the ingredients and instructions in the comments or on the Rawnutritional website.
Who’s going to try them?
Ingredients (Makes 4 to 8 popsicles, depending on mold size):
- 1 cup Plain yogurt (I use a high-protein yogurt)
- 1 scoop Vegan Pro Chocolate Protein
- 1 tbsp Pure Cacao Powder
- 1.5 cups Fresh raspberries (ideally from Quebec!)
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Optional:
- 2 tsp tapioca flour: helps prevent ice crystals and makes the texture creamier
- Freeze-dried raspberries for topping

Method
1- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, protein powder, cacao, and 1 tsp tapioca flour (optional) until smooth.
2- In a separate bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork and mix in 1 tsp tapioca flour (optional).
3- Fill popsicle molds with both mixtures and freeze overnight or until fully set.
4- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth (use a tall glass to make dipping easier).
5- Dip each frozen pop into the melted chocolate (it’ll harden instantly) and place on a parchment-lined tray.
6- To add a topping, drizzle a bit of melted chocolate on one pop at a time, then quickly sprinkle the garnish so it sticks before the chocolate sets.
7- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
