Marbled Chocolate-Hazelnut Bread

Marbled Chocolate-Hazelnut Bread

Raw Nutritional's new chocolate-hazelnut flavour has quickly become one of our favorites at home. Once again, the Vegan Pro perfectly shows us that it is possible to cook it other than in a drink.

I recommend eating this bread with a" Nutella"-style spread to double the satisfaction and fully experience the chocolate-hazelnut experience!

Ingredients (10 slices)

2 1/2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 serving Vegan Pro – Chocolate Hazelnut
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 pinch Salt
1/3 cup Almond and hazelnut butter
1/2 cup (1 large) Mashed banana
1 1/2 cup Vanilla oat milk
3/4 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Canola oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Pure organic cacao


Method : 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl, mix the flour, Vegan Pro, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt. Reserve. 

3. In a bowl, mix the butter, banana puree, oat milk, maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and, using a whisk, mix gently.

4. Divide the preparation in two. Add the cocoa to one of the preparations and mix.

5. In a lightly oiled loaf pan, transfer the preparations, alternating them to create the marbled effect. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean. Let it cool for 15 minutes before unmolding, then let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
