Chocolate, caramel, healthy and tasty little bites are ready anytime to satisfy a craving for sweet... Our Mini Vegan Twix Bites will make your mouth water! To discover our recipe, it's right here:

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (9 bites)
Caramel sauce
1 cup (190g) Tightly packed Medjool dates, pitted
3 tbsp Sunflower butter or any seed, nut or peanut butter of choice (we used Sunbutter sunflower butter)
4-6 tbsp Water, depending on the desired final texture
1 pinch Fleur de sel

Crust
The caramel sauce prepared above
2/3 cup Vegan Pro - Butterscotch

Coating
80g Dark vegan chocolate, melted (about 5 minutes in a hot water bath)

Method

1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Once softened, remove the water and add the dates in the container of a food processor or blender.

2. Using a food processor or blender, reduce all the ingredients for the caramel sauce until smooth and creamy. Pour into a medium bowl and set aside.

3. Mix the ingredients for the crust until you obtain a firm dough.

4. In a small rectangular bowl, distribute the dough and flatten it well. Then, spread the melted chocolate on top.

5. Freeze until the chocolate is set (about 8-10 minutes). Cut into bite-size pieces and serve.

Store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
