These mint chocolate brownie trees are so irresistible, they might vanish before you can say 'Happy Holidays'. Mint Chocolate Holiday Brownies

A great recipe idea for the Holiday season to make with the kids! These brownies might not even see the end of the day because they are so good. Here, Vegan Pro serves the taste and is also used as a binding agent (replacing eggs), allowing you to obtain an ideal texture.

If you don't like the chocolate-mint combo, omit the mint extract.



Ingredients (8 trees)

1 cup Unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Mint extract
1/3 cup Dark chocolate chips

Decorations
Decorative gel, the color of your choice
4 mint candy canes
 


Method : 


1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Set aside.

3. mix all the liquid ingredients together in another bowl until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture. Gradually add the dry mixture, stirring constantly. Add the dark chocolate chips.

4. Distribute the mixture evenly in the mould and bake for 20 minutes.

5. Leave to cool. Cut the brownie in half lengthwise. With each piece, cut 4 trees and decorate!
