Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is CRAZY GOOD: both for the taste and the texture! If you’re nostalgic for After Eight chocolates, this combo is literally to die for.
I’m always amazed by how something so decadent can be made with so few ingredients. I’ve been making it almost every day for the past three weeks for my partner and me (we share it as a snack), and it’s a guaranteed hit every single time!

Ingredients
- 1 Frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup Frozen avocado (half-thawed)
- 1 scoop Vegan Pro protein Chocolate flavor
- 1 tbsp Pure Cacao
- A pinch of salt
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- ½ to 1 cup soy milk

Method
Toss everything into the blender and mix until perfectly smooth.
