Neapolitan Popsicles (3 Layers)

Do you remember this treat as a kid? The famous Neapolitan ice cream with the three layers of deliciousness? Well, we do! And now, we would like to offer you a whole new way to enjoy it, plus a pinch of Vegan Pro.

Neapolitan Popsicles

I have wanted to make homemade popsicles for a long time! Hooray, that day has come, and it's awfully simple! I wonder why I didn't... I remembered the ice cream my mother always bought for us when we were kids, the Neapolitan. With that memory, I created these Neapolitan popsicles: chocolate, vanilla and strawberries, a treat! My children keep asking for more!

Ingredients (7 popsicles)

Chocolate layer
2/3 cup Coconut milk
3 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Vegan Pro - Chocolate
1 tbsp Natural peanut butter
2 tsp Pure Organic Cacao
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Vanilla layer
1 Small ripe banana (not frozen)
1/3 cup Coconut milk
2 tbsp Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla

Strawberry layer
1/3 cup Fresh strawberries
1/4 cup Plant-based vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp Maple syrup


1. Blend the different layers in three separate bowls, starting with the chocolate, followed by the vanilla and strawberries.

2. Spread a few tablespoons in each popsicle mould, one after the other, until you have 7 popsicles. Tap between each mould layer on your counter so that the mixture goes down well to the bottom.

3. Freeze for at least 3 hours before unmolding. Enjoy.
