No Bake Chocolate Protein Bars
We never have enough of quick and nutritious snacks, right?! This recipe if perfect for your meal prep!
Ingredients (12 bars)
1. Combine all the ingredients, minus the chocolate chips and coconut oil, together in a bowl. Mix with your hands until it becomes like a dough consistency.
2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough until it is evenly spread across the bottom of the dish.
3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then pour it over the dough until it creates an even layer.
5. Once the chocolate has hardened, remove it from the freezer and cut it into bars.
6. Add sea salt on top (optional), and enjoy!
Notes:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
