No matter what you think, chocolate and coffee are THE real power couple, with their sweet and rich taste. With this No-bake vegan Oreos and coffee dessert lasagna, this combo is a match made in Heaven. And you don't even need to start the oven!

No-bake Vegan Oreos and Coffee Dessert Lasagna

Ready for our no-bake dessert lasagna version? Oreos, coffee, chocolate… Repeat!

Serves 6

Ingredients (serves 6)
16 Vegan Oreo cookies

For the coffee sour cream mixture:
2 cups Vegan sour cream
1/3 cup Black coffee

For the chocolate sour cream mixture:


1. Put the Oreos into a Ziploc bag and crush them with your hands. Set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the vegan sour cream, cookies n’ cream Vegan Pro and black coffee to create the coffee sour cream mixture. Then take 1 cup of mixture and mix it with cocoa powder in a separate bowl to make the chocolate sour cream mixture.

3. In a small serving dish, spread 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos evenly. Then spread half of the coffee sour cream mixture evenly over the Oreo layer. Add another 1/4 cup of crushed Oreos. Spread the chocolate sour cream mixture, followed by the remaining coffee sour cream mixture. Spread remaining crushed Oreos on top.

4. Cover the Oreos and coffee lasagna and place them in the fridge overnight before serving.
