Our Favorite Protein Bites
It's such a simple recipe, but it's so good! I'm super proud of this recipe, which will satisfy your daily cravings.
This will become a recipe that will always be in my refrigerator.
Ingredients (10 bites)
1 cup Almond flour
2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
1 1/2 servings Vegan Pro (Maple-Vanilla)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup Plant-based vanilla oat milk
1 cup Dark chocolate chips
Method :
1. In a bowl, using a spatula, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
2. Using your hands, form 10 bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1 hour.
3. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate. Dip each bite into the chocolate. Place on parchment paper again. Leave to rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
The bites can be stored in the refrigerator.
