Overnight Oat Tiramisu
Vegan Pro Coffee Wafers has always been my favorite flavor. Anything that tastes like coffee is right up my alley! I made this overnight oat recipe with my 2.5-year-old daughter; it's that simple to make. Plus, it ensures we have a super nourishing breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day!
A little tip for adding even more protein: use Greek plant-based yogurt and a plant-based protein milk.

- 2 tsp Organic chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1 serving Vegan Pro Coffee Wafers

- 1 tbsp tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Plant-based vanilla yogurt

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the yogurt and topping. Divide the mixture between two airtight mason jar-type containers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
