Peanut Maple Cookie Dough Bar

This no-bake recipe is one of the tastiest bars to make when you want an energy bar that tastes like Maple Peanut butter cookie dough. This is a great snack that you want to have waiting for you in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients (8 bars)
2 Flax Eggs
1/4 cup Maple Syrups
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (You can do almond)
1/3 cup Vegan Pro Maple Vanilla
3/4 cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4-1/3 Chocolate Chips

Method
1.Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
3. Press into the baking pan and let set in the fridge.
4. Melt the vegan chocolate using the method of your choice, and pour a thin layer on the chilled bars.
5. Set aside again, until the chocolate has hardened, and then cut into 8 bars.
