Plant-based And Chocolatey Moka Granola

Slightly chocolatey, with a touch of coffee, this granola will provide you with the energy you need, the best granola to start your day on the right foot. Add a little vegetable drink to eat it as a cereal or place it on a good Greek yogurt with some fruit.


Ingredients (4 servings)
1 ½ cup Rolled oats
1 cup Puffed rice
¼ cup Slivered almonds
¼ cup Hazelnuts
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
1 to 2 tbsp Ground instant coffee
1 serving Vegan Pro - Coffee-Wafers
¼ cup Plant-based milk
3 tbsp Maple syrup
¼ cup Small dark chocolate chips


Method

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Then, line a baking sheet with non-stick paper.

2. Roughly chop the hazelnuts.

3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, except the chocolate chips.

4. Add the vegetable drink and the maple syrup, mix.

5. Spread everything on the baking sheet, then place in the oven for 10 minutes, mix, then put back in the oven for 2 to 5 minutes.

6. Leave to cool on the sheet. Add the dark chocolate chips mix.
