Plant-based BCAA Ice Cubes

I consume BCAAs on a daily basis! Whenever I work out, I always have my glass of BCAAs to keep me hydrated during and after my workout.

Just for fun, I decided to make some delicious BCAA ice cubes. They are super good and you only need to add a few to your water to keep it fresh and give it a delicious taste. To learn more about RAW Nutritional's vegan BCAAs, click here!

Ingredients (10 cubes)

1 cup Water
1 tbsp Grenadine syrup
Juice of a lime


1. In a glass, combine all the ingredients.

2. Pour the preparation into 10 ice cube molds and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
