Plant-based Cookie Dough Smoothie

I love eating good chocolate chip cookies. A classic that I will never get tired of! What do I like even more? Drink a smoothie. So I created the perfect combo—a cookie dough smoothie.

It’s absolutely decadent and, above all, very nutritious!

Ingredients (1 smoothie)
1/4 cup raw Cashews
1 cup Vanilla plant-based milk
1/2 cup Cold water
1 half serving Vegan Pro – Cookies and Cream
1 half-frozen Banana
2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
1 tbsp Chocolate chip
1 tsp Pure Organic Maca
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract


Method : 

1. In a bowl, cover the cashews with boiling water and let them stand for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly under cold water.

2. Mix the cashews with the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy in a blender.
