Plant-Based Matcha Coconut Oatmeal

How about eating your matcha in the morning rather than drinking it? I'm sure you, too, have already run out of time to make your matcha or drink it. This oatmeal recipe will solve that problem. This delicious matcha-flavoured oatmeal will support you and give you the energy to get through your day.

 

Ingredients (serves 1)
½ cup Quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup Coconut plant drink
2 tbs Pure Organic Matcha Tea
2 tbsp Vegan Pro Maple Vanilla
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds

Garnish :
Quartered strawberries
Coconut chips
Maple syrup
Hemp seeds (optional)


Method :
1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, the Matcha, the Vegan Pro Maple Vanilla, the flax seeds and the vegetable coconut drink.


2. Put the bowl in the microwave for about 90 seconds. Mix, return to the microwave if the temperature obtained does not suit you.


3. On top, add strawberries, coconut, hemp seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
