Plant-based Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

It's not our first take to put protein powder into a hot drink... However, we regularly consume Vegan Pro in smoothies and it's delicious! I guarantee it's just as good in a hot drink.

As we are in the coldest month of the year, I wanted to create a comforting recipe to warm up a little. Using Pure Organic Cacao Powder, Vegan Pro butterscotch flavor and Pure Organic Coconut Sugar, this hot chocolate is simply PERFECT!

Ingredients (1 serving)

1 1/4 cup Unsweetened plant-based vanilla milk
1/2 tsp Caramel extract
Garnish (optional)
Whipped coconut cream
Mini vegan marshmallows


1. In a small saucepan, place the Vegan Pro. Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous preparation. Add remaining ingredients. Over medium-high heat, bring the drink to a simmer.

2. Serve with toppings of your choice.
