This Protein Banana and Kiwi Popsicle recipe is a refreshing and nutritious frozen treat, perfect for hot summer days. Made with banana, kiwi, silken tofu, and Vegan Pro Plain protein powder, each popsicle contains approximately 5 grams of protein. They're easy to make, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, and loved by both kids and adults.

Protein Banana and Kiwi Popsicles

For the past few months, I've been buying dozens of kiwis every week. My daughters and I eat them every day and we never get tired of them ! Since it's so hot outside, popsicles are our go-to way to refresh ourselves. So, I created this recipe for popsicles that taste absolutely delicious and, what's more, contain about 5 grams of protein per popsicle.

Ingredients (about 6 popsicles)

- 1 Ba=nana
- 3 Peeled Kiwis
- 1/4 cup aple syrup
- 1 serving of Vegan Pro - Plain
- 1/2 block of silken Tofu

Method

1- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
