Protein Fudgesicles (3 steps)

These fudgesicles are super refreshing. Cooking this recipe is a great activity to do this summer with the kids. I guarantee the whole family will enjoy the result. As always, the Vegan Pro protein powder used to create the recipe not only makes the perfect texture but also adds a super interesting quantity of vegan protein!
Ingredients (8-10 servings)
1/4 cup Dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup Canned coconut cream
1 cup Unsweetened plant-based milk
2 scoops Vegan Pro - Chocolate
1/3 cup Pure Organic Cacao
2 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
1. Place the chopped chocolate in the bottom of 8 to 10 moulds (depending on the size of the moulds) for popsicles.
2. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Divide the preparation among the moulds. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
