Protein Iced Cappuccino

Summer is finally here… The iced coffee and cappuccino season can begin! So I took the opportunity to make a super refreshing iced cappuccino recipe with the Vegan Pro. It's like a cool and freshening protein smoothie, ideal for hot temperatures and sunny days!

The coffee-wafers flavored Vegan Pro is a real crush. If you love Coffee Crisps, I can guarantee this flavor is for you!

Ingredients (One smoothie)
1/4 cup Canned coconut milk
1 cup Cold coffee
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Coffee-Wafers
1 tsp Pure Organic Cacao
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Frozen banana
5 Ice cubes
Vegan whipped cream (optional)


1. In a blender, combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.

2. Top with whipped cream if desired!
