As autumn approaches, it's time to celebrate the season's quintessential ingredient: pumpkin! But this pumpkin recipe has a special twist – it's infused with the rich butterscotch flavor of Vegan Pro. Not only does this make it protein-packed, but it also takes the decadence to a whole new level.

Pumpkin Caramel Bread

Who says autumn says… Pumpkin! This tasty pumpkin recipe has a special touch since it is combined with the butterscotch-flavoured Vegan Pro. In addition to making it more protein-rich, it is, above all, even more decadent.


Ingredients (10 slices)

2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 serving Vegan Pro – Butterscotch
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1 cup Vanilla oat milk
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Canola oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Mini dark chocolate chips

 

 

Method : 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix the flour, Vegan Pro, baking powder, spices, bicarbonate and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

3. Mix the pumpkin puree, oat milk, maple syrup, oil and vanilla in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients and, using a whisk, mix gently.

4. Transfer the mixture to a lightly oiled loaf pan. Cover with chocolate chips. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean. Let cool for 15 minutes before unmolding, then cool completely before slicing and serving.
