When fall comes, pumpkins are often put aside in comparison to apples. However, these cucurbits are quite volatile as ingredients in recipes. Whether sweet or savory, these orange fruits will provide a taste and texture that you will love, like in this smoothie!

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

A smoothie… with pumpkin spice!!! This recipe is a change from all the pumpkin spice lattes, and I guarantee it won't disappoint you. Every time I create a recipe with the Vegan Pro, I am always very impressed with the result.

In this recipe, the Butterscotch flavor is used, and I have to say that the taste of caramel fits perfectly with the pumpkin and the spices!

Here's the fall smoothie recipe that I think is more than perfect for the season!

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

½ cup Canned pumpkin puree
½ Frozen banana
1 cup Unsweetened plant-based milk
¼ cup Water
½ scoop Vegan Pro Butterscotch
½ tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Pumpkin spice


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Garnish with pumpkin spice and enjoy!
