You don't need all the crazy toppings on top of your smoothie/Açaï Bowl. The major part of the nutrients are inside your bowl. Focus on you and how to nourish your body instead of what will get you "Likes"

But what about the inside? What about what's your smoothie is made of and not only what is topping it?
A bowl of blended ice with shredded coconuts, chia seeds, granola, berries, few bananas coins and a drizzle of honey worth what? 🤔

The ingredients in your smoothie are where you usually get all the nutrients and vitamins. Of course, you'll get benefits from the small amount of chia seeds and 4-5 blueberries on top of your bowl, but never enough compared to those in your smoothie. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Instead of focusing on what will get you Instagram and Facebook likes, focus on what your body would like to be nourished with, on what will make you feel good, on what will keep you full and satisfied:
Like this smoothie, RAW, UNTOPPED but heck DELICIOUS and HEALTHY.

Simple recipe:
- 100gr Frozen Strawberries
-100gr Frozen Cherries
- Half a banana
-1 tsp. Açaï Powder
-1 Scoop Maple Vanilla Vegan Pro
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups milk of your choice
--> Blend everything and enjoy!
