Refreshing Grape Popsicles

Drinking it provides an absolutely incredible feeling of freshness and hydration! It is, therefore, a perfect ingredient for popsicles.

Ingredients (4 popsicles)

1 cup Red grapes
1 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp White sugar
1 cup Water

Method :

1. In a bowl, cover the grapes with lime juice. Add sugar and mix.

2. Divide the grapes into the moulds and freeze for 1 hour.

3. Mix BCAA and water together. Once the grapes are frozen, cover them with the BCAA preparation. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
