Pina coladas are a summer favorite for their refreshing taste. This BCAA-based smoothie is perfect not only for post-workout recovery but also for hydration and enjoyment. The burst of pineapple flavor combined with a hint of coconut milk delivers the ultimate taste of summer!

Refreshing Pina Colada Smoothie

Pina coladas are very popular in summer for their refreshing taste. I created this BCAA-based smoothie (ideal to consume after a workout but also just to hydrate), and it is so tasty. The taste of pineapple is like an explosion in the mouth, and the little touch of coconut milk adds a perfect taste of summer!

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

3/4 cup Light coconut milk
1/2 cup Cold water
1 cup Frozen pineapple
1 Half-frozen banana
1 tbsp Maple syrup

Method : 

1. In a blender, grind all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous smoothie.
