What's better than an ordinary energy ball? A salted caramel-flavoured energy ball!
Ingredients (14 balls)
1. Soak the raw cashews in hot water for a minimum of 10 minutes.
2. Add the cashews to a food processor and blend until crumbly.
3. Next, blend the medjool dates in a food processor.
4. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and and mix with your hands until well combined.
6. Refrigerate and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
