Ingredients
- 200 g Dark chocolate chips or wafers
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 scoop Butterscotch Protein Powder
- 2 cups Corn flakes
- ½ cup Chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup Crunchy caramel bits
- Sea Salt flakes

Instructions
1- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, then stir well.
3- Add the protein powder and mix again.
4- Gently fold in the corn flakes, pecans, and caramel bits until the cereal is well coated with the chocolate mixture.
5- Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
6- Sprinkle with extra caramel bits and fleur de sel.
7- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
