Smoothie BCAA Limonade & Cherries

This refreshing lemonade is the drink you need right now! We rarely use BCAAs in recipes, so it's a pleasure to share this one with you. BCAAs are excellent for muscle recovery. You can enjoy this quick smoothie at any time.


This smoothie is probably the most refreshing I have ever tasted! What makes it special? The serving of BCAAs it contains! BCAAs are a source of amino acids that play a crucial role in muscle recovery.

This drink is excellent to be consumed after a physical effort, whether it is a workout at the gym, a run or even just a walk!

Use this colourful smoothie to hydrate yourself in the most delicious way!

Ingredients (2 smoothies)
1 cup Frozen cherries
1 Frozen banana
2 servings VEGAN BCAA - Pink lemonade
2 cups Unsweetened plant-based milk
1 tbsp Chia seeds
Lime juice, to taste

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
