Enjoy a cozy fall treat at home with this creamy, protein-packed spiced pumpkin creamer. Made with real pumpkin, maple syrup, and Cinnamon Roll protein, it’s the perfect addition to your coffee. Keep it in the fridge for a week or freeze leftovers for later!

Spiced Pumpkin Creamer

No need to spend $8 or leave the house to enjoy this fall classic! You can sip on it from the comfort of your home with my version featuring my favorite protein flavor.

You’ll get enough creamer to make your coffees for the whole week — and if there’s any left, you can freeze the rest in an ice cube tray for later!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Unsweetened soy milk
- ½ cup Pumpkin purée
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Roll Protein
- ½ tsp Ground ginger
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Cardamom

Method
Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth! 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Delicious in both hot and iced coffee!
