Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are loved as a breakfast for their speed and ease to prepare, as well as for their texture. It's creamy, thick, and can be made in so many flavors.

By changing the fruits, the protein powder, and the toppings, you can get a new breakfast every morning, but with the same simple steps.

Here is a Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats. This one is made with little oatmeal but has chia seeds and fruit to brings volume, and protein to fulfill your appetite completely.

1⁄8 cup (12 g) Quick Oats
1 scoop (32 g) Raw Nutritional Chocolate Vegan Pro
1⁄2 cup (125 ml) Plant-based Milk
1 Tbsp. (9g) Chia Seeds
1⁄2 cup (100 g) Sliced Strawberry
2-3 chocolate mint leaves (facultative)

1. In a jar, mix all the ingredients together.

2. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours (ideally 6 to 8 hours).

3. When serving, add the strawberries and garnish with mint (optional).
