The Best Big Chocolate Chip Cookie
Okay, I can officially confirm that I just created the best recipe with Vegan Pro plant-based protein powder. When my boyfriend saw the giant cookie coming out of the oven, he asked me to have half, and I accepted, but finally, I ate it all. God, it's good!
Super quick and simple to make. The addition of the Vegan Pro makes the cookie protein, so it's the perfect snack!
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 1/2 tbsp Margarine
1 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Warm water
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Vegan Pro – Cookies N' Cream
3 tbsp Unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, add margarine and coconut sugar. Melt for a few seconds in the microwave. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing continuously.
3. Form a cookie on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
