The best Frozen "Snickers"
Introducing my latest culinary triumph- the frozen "Snickers". This unique creation was a delightful challenge to perfect, and I'm thrilled with the result. It's a frozen dessert like no other, and I can't wait for you to try it.

Ingredients (6 bars)
1/2 cup Coconut cream (canned)
1 serving Vegan Pro – Butterscotch
1/4 cup Almond flour
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup Peanuts, roughly chopped
1 cup Dark chocolate chips
Method :
1. In a blender, grind the coconut cream, Vegan Pro, flour, maple syrup and vanilla. Place the filling on parchment paper and form a smooth rectangle measuring 6 x 10 cm. Let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes.
2. Cover the filling with peanut butter, then top with the peanuts. Cut crosswise to form 6 bars. Leave to rest in the freezer for 1 hour.
3. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate. Dip each bar in the chocolate and cover them completely. Place back on the parchment paper. Consume immediately or store in the freezer.
