Combining the best of both worlds in one cookie, it's possible! Vanilla & chocolate are an irresistible duo in these super simple and quick-to-make two-color cookies. I promise you won't be able to do without it, like my children!

Ingredients (16 cookies)
Vanilla mix
4 tbsp Vegetable margarine
1/3 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 cup Plant-based milk
1 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Chocolate mix
4 tbsp Vegetable margarine
1/3 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 cup Plant-based milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Vegan Pro - Chocolate
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips

Method

1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make both cookie mixtures in two separate bowls as follows:

2. Soften the vegetable margarine in each bowl for about 20 seconds in the microwave.

3. Add the granulated sugar. Mix with a whisk, then add the plant-based milk. *In the chocolate mixture only, add the vanilla extract too.

4. Put the Vegan Pro protein powders into each blend and sprinkle with the baking powder. Mix and add the rest of the ingredients. *In the chocolate mixture only, add the cacao powder.

To form the cookies, proceed as follows:

5. Take 1 full teaspoon of each mixture, then create a ball with your hands that you will place on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Flatten slightly with your hand, then bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 13 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before eating.

Store in an airtight container. Freezes very well.
