Vanilla and Maple Baked Oatmeal

Vanilla and Maple Baked Oatmeal

When Mégane shared this recipe in her stories, we fell in love immediately with it! This baked oatmeal looks so comforting and nourishing and has a cake-like texture. You can add seasonal fruits on top, and it's the perfect breakfast to start a fantastic day!

Ingredients (serves 1)
3/4 cup Oatmeal flour
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
1/2 cup Plant-based milk
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 drop Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 Banana
Pinch of salt
Toppings of your choice (nuts, fruits, etc.)


1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

3. Enjoy! You can add a splash of milk on top before digging in.
