This quick recipe calls for only 6 ingredients, a food processor and few mouths to enjoy. It's the perfect snack for the week, and will probably be part of your meal prep pretty soon. The protein and fiber content will hold you until lunch, without any problem. Being oil-free, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free, you can't pass on it.

Vanilla Bites

These delicious vanilla bites are made from just 6 ingredients.

Plus, they are oil-free, wheat-free and refined sugar-free!

How can they be so tasty? Thanks to the natural vanilla & maple flavor from the protein powder Vegan Pro, which gives them a perfect taste!

They require no cooking and are ready in literally 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure they will become a "must" for your Sunday meal prep...

Ingredients (12 bites)
½ cup of almond flour
1 cup of can chickpeas
1 scoop of Maple-Vanilla Vegan Pro
½ tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
A pinch of salt

1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients. Blend until a loose dough forms.
2. Portion the dough into 12 balls.
