Vanilla Donut Holes

There is not a lot of desserts that come up in front of this one when you are looking for  Vanilla Glazed Donut Holes. A maple-vanilla icing never disappoints! This recipe calls for pantry ingredients and doesn't require expert baking skills.

Vanilla Donut Holes

No more need to go out to buy it, we make them homemade and thanks to the maple-vanilla Vegan Pro. These donut holes are delicious, irresistible and simple as you probably already have all the ingredients needed in your pantry!

An absolute favorite in my house!
Ingredients
For 13 donuts hole
3 tbs Softened Vegan Margarine
1/3 cup Organic Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 tbs Maple Vanilla Vegan Pro
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/3 cup Plant-Based Milk

Vanilla frosting
1 cup Icing Sugar
5 tbs Plant-Based Milk
2 tbs Maple Vanilla Vegan Pro

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 350F, and grease or line a mini muffin pan.

2. Soften your vegan margarine for twenty seconds in the microwave, then add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to it and bring it into a cream.

3. Sprinkle the baking powder, mix. Then add the pinch of salt and the Maple-Vanilla Vegan Pro. Mix again then add, alternately, the flour and plant-based milk until a smooth dough.

4. Divide the dough into 1 tbs at a time in the mini muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for ten minutes before removing from the pan.

5. Meanwhile, make the frosting. Pour the icing sugar and the Maple-Vanille Vegan Pro into a bowl. Now add the plant-based milk and mix until a smooth frosting is obtained.

6. About fifteen minutes after your donuts holes are out of the oven, dip them entirely in the frosting.

7. Let the icing set before devouring!
